1. Introduction & Scope
Oneto1 ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy rights of all users, creators, and fans. This Privacy Policy details our data practices when you visit our marketing website (oneto1.link), use our creator authentication services, or interact with public creator profiles (connect.oneto1.link).
2. Zero Contact Leakage Guarantee
We enforce strict boundary separation between creators and audience members. Under no circumstances does Oneto1 expose a creator's personal phone number, private WhatsApp contact, or personal email address to fans. Similarly, customer contact details are cryptographically shielded and never displayed directly to creators; creators receive only the verified social platform handle and booking details required for fulfillment.
3. Information We Collect
Creators: To establish and maintain a creator profile, we collect mobile phone numbers (verified via Firebase OTP), full legal name, public creator handle, payout details (UPI ID, bank account details, or PayPal address for withdrawal), and category interests. Payout data is encrypted using master AES-256 standards.
Fans: When booking an offer, we collect the fan's social handle, preferred interaction details (e.g. birthday wish recipient name), and payment confirmation tokens.
4. Data Protection & Security
All data transmissions are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3. Sensitive financial records and address information are stored in secure Supabase relational infrastructure governed by strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.
